How Our Treatment Works
Our clinic uses a professional heated-air dehydration system designed to kill all stages of head lice at the time of treatment, including eggs.
Because lice are extremely contagious, any lice found after treatment are almost always the result of re-exposure, not treatment failure.

Household Requirement (Very Important)
To qualify for any discounted or free follow-up treatment:
Every person in the household must be checked
Anyone found with lice must be treated
If even one person is untreated, lice can easily spread back to others.

10-DAY GUARANTEE (FREE TREATMENT – EXTREMELY RARE)
Although we have never had a failed treatment, this is how a failure would be defined.
A client qualifies for a 100% FREE re-treatment ONLY if ALL of the following are met:
1. A live, crawling louse (moving on its own) is found
2. It is found exactly 10 days after the original treatment date
3. A clear video is provided
4. The video clearly shows:
• The live moving louse
• The date and time
5. The video is sent directly to the owner:

Itching, flakes, redness, dandruff, debris, or dead nits (lice eggs) do NOT qualify
Dead nits (lice eggs) are not live lice and do not indicate an active infestation
Anything found before or after day 10 is NOT considered a failed treatment
30-DAY RE-EXPOSURE DISCOUNT (NEW INFESTATION)
If a client experiences a new infestation due to re-exposure within 30 days of their original treatment:
The client qualifies for a 50% off re-treatment
This applies only to individuals originally treated at our clinic
This is not considered a failed treatment
Re-exposure is very common and can occur from:
• School
• Daycare
• Sports
• Sleepovers
• Camps
• Friends or family not treated properly
This 30-day re-exposure discount is offered as a courtesy to help families manage the ongoing risk of head lice.
